Assessment played a large part in my research and my project this year, as student feedback gave me everything I needed to know about how the process was going for students and how they were feeling about it. This allowed me to make adjustments and get to where I am now with my students- which is setting goals using tech tools! 
Google Forms was the main tool I used to assess students during this project.
Here are some of the surveys I created and used:

  • Goal Setting using Tech Tools (Google Classroom or Seesaw)
  • Goal Setting Using Paper and Pencil
  • Goal Setting- Parent Feedback Form
​
This process also includes lots of self assessment from students, which can be recorded in different ways using the tech tools, or just quickly observed by the teaching using partner talks, written reflections, or "show me on your fingers" methods. ​
