TPACK stands for Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. It is a theory that was developed to explain the set of knowledge needs to be taught to their student, teach effectively, and use technology.
This diagram shows the three basic components of TPACK:
Content Knowledge (CK),
Pedagogical knowledge (PK)
Technology knowledge (TK)
• Content Knowledge (CK) is the knowledge about the subject matter from curriculum documents and deep understanding of concepts.
• Pedagogical knowledge (PK) is about the strategies and techniques used in classrooms and other learning situations and environments.
• Technology knowledge (TK) is the knowledge of digital or non- digital technologies which can be used to facilitate teaching.
