Next Steps

I'm so excited to go back into the classroom and put everything I've learning in this program to use.  It will be exciting to be a person on my staff that other educators can go to for advice and ideas.
  • Classroom next step: Explore and see if there is a way I rework my capstone and research so that the audience the second time through is my students.  I'm also excited to do some more research and see if I can use my data to develop some specific lessons and procedures that I can put into place to see if I can have any effect on my student's reading engagement levels.
  • Personal next step: Go back to school.  Again.  Next in line for me is a Masters in my content area, Literature.  IF I won the lottery I'd go all the way to a Doctorate, but that will have to wait until I've secured funding.

Many Thanks to the Fabulous Folks at
