Edmodo Blogs (Personal Reflections and Responses)
Picture
This screenshot is an example of an online threaded-discussion on Edmodo.com among students. In the first box from the top, James' personal reflection shows he's an engaged reader. The two connected responses ("Replies") from Junior and Allison demonstrate they understand how to respond appropriately according to the writing and digital citizenship expectations. Note: Allison's reply prods James for deeper critical thinking.
