21st Century Learning and Workforce Readiness
The 6 c's of 21st century learning are:
Think critically Communicate clearly Work Collaboratively Embrace Culture Develop Creativity Utilize connectivity My capstone project clearly incorporates all of these. When designing their projects students needed to figure out how they would go about presenting their 15 words of vocabulary and making their Karaoke video. They had to ensure that they clearly communicated all 15 words of vocabulary to their audience and worked together as a group to do so. All of the vocabulary words were in a foreign language to students had to interpret those by embracing another culture. They had to be creative in how they would demonstrate their new words to the rest of the class, and other students and the teacher reflected on how successful they were in getting their message across.
