Becoming PBL Proficient

Entry document- Principal Generated

A letter from the principal to my class explaining the problem and their tasks was emailed to me.  This letter was complete with an introduction to the main topic, the principals vision of that topic on campus, and the potential problems that arise when trying to implement this vision.  He followed it up with explicit expectations of what he wanted the students to do and finished the letter up with who he would give this information to.  I printed it out and made a copy for each of my students to share with them on the first day of the project.

Entry document implementation

This is a video of my rollout for this particular project with one of my classes. Because my students are not use to doing PBL outside of my class, I have to guide them a little more to get the answers I'm looking for.
