Design ProcessThe audience I had in mind when creating this website, are educators and administrators who are interested in finding more out about BYOD and my hope is to prevent them from having some of the teething problems my school site had while establishing the program.

Initial Prototype
Due to my old-school sensibilities, even though I have become a million-times more tech savvy than before I started my Masters, I chose to do my prototype with paper and pen. To me it just seemed 'right'. You will observe that my original design has changed significantly, but the general gist is the same. |

Logo
I created my logo using logomkr. Logomkr is a
really simple and user-friendly website that begins with
a tutorial and then gives lots of options.
Because my capstone website is about tech-equality
for all students, I chose the two little different robot guys,
to show the differences yet similarities between students.
They are holding little laptops with a globe on to emphasize the importance of global technology-equality with the
hope that global equality will lead to more global peace, depicted with them holding hands. The writing is
purple because purple represents "the perfect and ideal, as it defines the heat of red and the calmness of blue.
It also relates to imagination and introspection. This color helps fulfilling deep thoughts and aspirations." (Buzzle.com)
