A Big Thanks to ...A big thanks to NapaLearns, who sponsors Napa Valley Unified School District (NVUSD) educators like myself to earn a Master's degree in Innovative Learning from Touro University. The sponsorship pays half of the entire tuition, which is a huge chunk of financial assistance..
NapaLearns also helped create the Innovative Learning program along with Touro University and other NVUSD educators. I am thankful for NapaLearns for their role in helping design the program as well as their role in funding it. My family is deeply gratified with the generosity of bestowing such an impactful financial assistance. The assistance helped sway me to earn a master's degree, which has made me a better teacher at preparing students for the 21st century world. Napa LearnsA huge thanks to Touro University, for partnering with NapaLearns and Napa Valley Unified School District (NVUSD) in creating a graduate program that equips educators with the 21st century tech skills and pedagogy preparing them for teaching 21st century students.
I want to thank all Touro staff: administration, director Dr. Redmond, professors, and all other staff (such as school librarians) that supported and helped me complete my Innovative Learning journey. Touro University |
Napa Valley Retired Teachers Assosiation
A grateful thanks to Napa Valley Retired Teacher's Association, who provided a $1,000 grant to help pay for tuition at Touro University. I love that there is a retired group of Napa Valley educators, such as my mother Janet Borba, who belong to this organization to help budding educators like myself reach their highest educational potential.
The financial assistance is much appreciated and well spent as the education has sparked new life into my teaching and has made me better prepared to teach students for college and career readiness.
