What is the impact of blending digital citizenship lessons with Positive Behavior Interventions and Support on elementary students’ online learning?

The impact of designing digital citizenship lessons with BEST practices and SEL lessons was positive. Students learned how to be respectful, responsible, resourceful, kind and safe online learners.

The Impact of Digital Citizenship blended with PBIS, or BEST practices and SEL.

My third grade students completed CommonSense.org digital citizenship videos and lessons.  After each of the eight lessons, students engaged in powerful conversations about what it means to be safe, responsible, respectful, kind and resourceful online.  Students learned what to do to protect themselves and others while being online.
