Using Moby Max to develop reading skills in special education settings

My name is Daniel Levintow, and I am an Education Specialist at Crespi Middle School in El Sobrante, California. In the special day classes I teach, almost all of my students are several years below grade level and have struggled for years with reading.
My students have mild to moderate learning disabilities and spend most of the day in special day classes, with the goal of preparing them to take regular classes later in their schooling.

My research focuses on using adaptive technology, specifically Moby Max, in a special education setting. I am integrating this adaptive technology tool to empower my students by providing individualized, self paced instruction that will guide my students as they develop the skills they will need to become successful students and members of society/
