My Inspiration

Picture
As long as English Language Learners are scoring Reading lexiles below grade level standards, then there is a need to continue to find strategies that will help close this gap. Technology is constantly changing, from the way teachers can teach and how students can learn. As new software, design models, etc. are being created, the need to pursue these strategies for English Language Learners are essential. Finding the right combination out of the many strategies is the ultimate question.
In my classroom I came across this very problem. I knew that there had to be some way to support my English Language Learners increase their lexile scores. I also knew that if their lexile scores increased their comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary knowledge would increase as well.
