Common Core State Standards

The Common Core State Standards are comprehensive, covering grades K-12 and all core subjects.  Adhering to the standards ensures that no matter what school or background, students are learning what they need to learn, when they need to learn it.  This page contains helpful links for referencing the standards.

My go-to reference is corestandards.org.  Here, the standards are neatly organized by subject (Literacy and Math), target, and grade level.

NVUSD has a resources page for teachers.  On their page, teachers can access standards lists, tools, and CCSS-based lessons.

I learned through my Touro studies that there are technology standards in the Core, too!  Long Beach Unified School District hosts this reference guide to tech standards.
