21st Century Learning and Workforce Readiness

A 21st century student is able to apply resources, technology, and analytic skills to tasks. This is often refereed to as the 4Cs which is creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication. When solving a problem there is often a solution that comes to mind but may not be the best solution. Being able to think of a creative solution to shrink work time or lesson double work takes critical thinking skills. Often that this type of adjustment also needs to be communicated to the people involved which involves collaboration.
