Creating a community of growth mindset students starts with building a strong with your relationship students. I want to remind you that you are asking your students to change their way of thinking. In order for our students to buy in to believing that they can change their intelligence. The teacher needs to takes the time to personally connect with their students. I want you to take a moment and think about what it would take to get someone to change your way of thinking. You would need to trust them and feel that they have your best interest in mind. Teachers need to create that is the same sense of security in our classroom.
