 What's Next: Goal of the Innovation

The comparative study illustrated that all students, whether virtual or in-person, need language support during play-based learning.  To accomplish that, my teaching practice will include:
1. Sentence frames- Provide modeling and practice time for students to practice sentence frames to support language during game play
2. Teacher Professional Development- Develop & provide best teaching practices to increase student talk while using teleconferencing programs and teaching virtually
3. Language Support- Create site-based plan to provide language supports for primary students including a focus on developing content-specific vocabulary
