Managing tasks and collecting data can be a daunting task, but using Google's free web-based tools streamlines the process and saves valuable time. For those teachers who are brand-new to Google, it is highly recommend to spend a few hours to work through Google's Basics for Teachers online workshops. Google archives their classes for easy access. A link to these resources can be found here.

Google Drive Management

Organization is key when using online resources. Doctopus will automatically organize folders and files in a logical way, but sometimes it is not the most convenient method of storing multiple classrooms worth of data. One method of organizing Google Drive Pathways for CRAs can be found by clicking the button to the right. This should only be necessary if you want to collect data from multiple classes of subjects. For single subject teachers, Doctopus' organization methods should be sufficient.

Caution: organizing Google Drive pathways requires attention to consistency, especially when organizing a school wide database!
