On this page you will find the assessments and graphs with results that I used during my action research.

Above you can see the Google Forms that were used for assessing the students during the action research. The student that performs the push-ups, the peer in Paris, and the teacher all used these Forms to give student grades. The rubric was done using a 1-5 scale (1 being poor to 5 being perfect).

The three graphs above show the students progress in each of the three categories (back flatness, depth, and pace of push-up). The scores are the average of responses that the students, peer, and teacher gave the single performer. The blue bars show the pre-test and the orange bars show the post test. As you can see that almost all students improved in all category besides the students that were already proficient at a certain category.
